Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of GameConv, available at https://gameconv.com (the "Service"), operated by NexarionFlux AI LLC ("we," "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You confirm you are at least 13 years old (and, where you are a minor, that a parent or guardian agrees to these Terms on your behalf).

2. What GameConv is

GameConv aggregates publicly-shared in-game promo codes for live-service mobile games and ranks them by community-verified success rate. Codes are gathered from official publisher channels and community sources. GameConv is a research tool and a starting point — not the system of record. The official redemption pages and publishers control.

3. The codes are provided "as is"

Promo codes are issued by third-party game publishers, not by us. They expire, hit usage caps, and may be region-locked without notice. We surface community success rates to help, but we make no guarantee any code will work for you. THE SERVICE AND ALL CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND ANY WARRANTY THAT DATA IS ACCURATE, COMPLETE, CURRENT, OR ERROR-FREE.

4. User submissions

When you submit a code, you confirm it is a legitimate, publicly-shared promo code and not stolen, account-specific, or confidential. You grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free right to display and distribute submitted codes. We may remove any submission for any reason.

5. No affiliation

GameConv is an independent, private project. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any game developer or publisher. Game names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used for identification only.

6. Acceptable use & our intellectual property

The selection, arrangement, scoring, ranking, written content, design, and code of the Service are our proprietary work, protected by copyright and other laws. You may use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial use. You may not:

  • Scrape, crawl, spider, or bulk-download the Service or its data, or exceed/circumvent rate limits;
  • Copy, reproduce, republish, resell, or redistribute the Service's data, compilations, or content, or build a competing product or dataset from them;
  • Use automated means to access the Service beyond normal browsing;
  • Manipulate votes, submissions, or rankings, or inject false activity;
  • Probe, attack, or attempt to bypass the security of the Service;
  • Use the Service unlawfully.

We may rate-limit, restrict, or block access (including by IP) to protect the Service. We reserve all rights not expressly granted.

7. Email communications

If you subscribe, you consent to receive the code alerts you requested. You can unsubscribe at any time.

8. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, NexarionFlux AI LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the Service. Our total liability will not exceed USD 100.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless NexarionFlux AI LLC from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Michigan, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

11. Changes

We may update these Terms; continued use constitutes acceptance.
